8ozCream cheese (room-
  Temperature)
2tbMilk
1 Jars (2-1/2 oz) chipped
  Beef (finely chipped)
2tbOnions (minced)
1tbGreen bell pepper
  (finely chopped)
1/8tsBlack pepper
1/2cSour cream
1/4cPecans (finely chopped)
1lbChips or crackers

Quick and easy. Serve with chicken fricassee and rice. Preheat oven 350F. In a large bowl, blend cream cheese and milk. Stir in chipped beef, onion, green pepper, pepper and sour cream. Mix well. Pour into a small baking dish and sprinkle pecans on top. Bake, uncovered, for 20 minutes in a 350F oven. Serve hot with chips or crackers.
